Climate and Pest Controlled
We keep the thermometer somewhere between 55 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit with relative humidity not exceeding 70%. And there is an on site preventive service that will guard against moth and other pest damage. So feel free to let us store your most climate sensitive items such as leather furniture, musical instruments, books, electronic equipment, fine linens, mattresses, business files and oil paintings. You will always get them back just the way you gave them to us.
Lock and Key or Sentinel Service
There is a choice of two distinct services. Our Lock and Key storage is ideal for those personal effects you want kept apart, in your very own personal bin. This service allows you, and you alone, access to your goods. Then there is our standard Sentinel Service designed for property that can best be stored in a warehouse setting. Whether you opt for one or the other, you can be certain that all of your goods are safe and secure.
Easy Access with a Savings of 30% to 50%
Except for Sunday, our storage facility is open every day between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Our Bronx location is directly across from the US Post Office. And because our conveniently located facility is just a hair's breadth north of Manhattan's much higher priced areas, you can often save 30% to 50% by storing your possessions with us.
